Account Terms

 

1. Users must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
2. Users must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. Users must provide their legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.
4. An account may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
5. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. Key Sentences Tool cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from a User’s failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. Users may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

User Accounts

Users must set up an account through the Site for User to access and use any of the Services. Key Sentences Tool, in its sole discretion, may accept or reject for any reason a User as a customer of the Services. As a condition to accessing and using any of the Services offered by Key Sentences Tool on the Site, Users must accept and agree to the Terms of Service set forth elsewhere on the Site. If User establishes an account for access to and use of the Services, User shall be billed by Key Sentences Tool, and Users shall be responsible, for all applicable charges and fees related to such access and use of the Services pursuant to the Terms of Service.

Our official Return Policy

Key Sentences Tool allows for the return of the product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final..

Payment Terms

Payment for the Service is acceptable using all major credit cards. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Paypal as Key Sentences. The Service is billed in advance and is refundable by the terms in our official return policy.

Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time.

Users are solely responsible for properly canceling their account. An email to strategy@keysentencestool.com or using the option of Paypal to unsubscribe will be enough. No questions asked.

If the Service is canceled before the end of the current paid up plan term, the cancellation will take effect immediately no additional charges will be made.

Key Sentences Tool, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Key Sentences Tool service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of User’s Account or User’s access to the Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in User’s Account. Key Sentences Tool reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Key Sentences Tool. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Key Sentences Tool website or the Service itself.

Key Sentences Tool shall not be liable to any User or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Purpose and Use of the Site

The general purpose of the Site is to provide Users with information about what are the best sentences to persuade people. We do not guarantee that each sentences will be the best to persuade. On the other hand, we guarantee that all the results are the best accurate under our tests and mathematical analysis.
